Experience

Franklin M. Fisher, Jane Berkowitz Carlton and Dennis William Carlton Professor of Microeconomics, Emeritus, at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Chairman Emeritus of CRA, is one of the nation’s foremost authorities on antitrust, competition, and industry structure. For over 20 years he has consulted to counsel, providing testimony, affidavits, and other support for a wide range of cases. Professor Fisher has published extensively in professional journals and is the author of numerous books. Dr. Fisher has served as an outside expert and a Director of CRA since 1967. From May 2002 through April 2007, Dr. Fisher served as Vice Chairman of our Board of Directors. From April 1997 until May 2002, he served as Chairman of our Board of Directors. As of April 2007, Dr. Fisher has assumed the role of Chairman Emeritus and continues to advise CRA as a Board observer.
